保証内容
If the covered dog dies from a congenital disease within 15 days of transfer, we will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent quality and breed at our full expense.
If the covered dog dies from a congenital disease within 60 days of transfer, we will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent quality and breed at half the original purchase price. (This applies only to puppies that have received at least a 7-in-1 combination vaccine.)
Please notify us immediately before consulting a veterinarian. In the event of death, a veterinary certificate of death is required.
This guarantee provides a replacement dog; it does not cover medical expenses or provide monetary compensation. The seller retains the right to investigate matters related to this guarantee for one month after its expiration. If fraudulent claims are discovered, the seller may demand reimbursement from the owner for the replacement dog's appraised value and any expenses incurred for investigation and recovery.
The following cases are excluded from the life guarantee:
・Death due to the owner's gross negligence or intentional act
・Death due to failure to administer preventative vaccinations against infectious diseases
・Death due to failure to seek veterinary treatment
・Death due to accident, escape, or theft
・If false statements are made during the guarantee claim process
譲渡日15日以内に当該保証対象犬が先天性疾患により死亡した場合、全額当方負担で同等・同犬種の子犬を提供いたします。
譲渡日60日以内に当該保証対象犬が先天性疾患により死亡した場合、販売価格の２分の１のご負担で、同等・同犬種の子犬を提供いたします。（但し混合予防ワクチン7種以上を接種した個体に限ります）
なお、医師にかかる前にまず当方にご一報ください。死亡の場合は必ず獣医師による診断書をお受けください。
保証は代犬の提供を行なうもので治療費の保証及び金銭による保証はされません。販売者は保証終了後も一ヶ月間、保証に関する調査権を有し、不正請求の事実が判明した時は代支給した犬の評価金額及びその調査・回収のために要した経費を飼育者に対し請求できるものとします。
生命保証に関して、以下の場合は除外されます。
・飼育者の重大な過失、故意に基づく死亡
・伝染病予防ワクチンの接種を受けず、そのための死亡
・獣医師の治療を受けなかった場合の死亡
・事故による死亡、逃亡、及び盗難。
・保証請求に際して虚偽の申告があった場合
